Reminders for everyone

• Unified Banquet (Basketball, Track, and Project Unify) rescheduled to 5/16 at 5:00pm

Seniors Only

• Last day of school was Friday 5/12

  • Seniors are not permitted to attend classes after 5/12.

• ILC will help seniors complete their checkout forms. Your student may be able to skip the 5/16 checkout if they complete it all ahead of time.

• 5/22 - Mandatory graduation rehearsal at GHS

  • ILC staff will be available to help during the rehearsal.

  • This is when students pick up their cap and gown.

• 5/25 - Graduation at DU

  • See previous post and the paper that is sent home after rehearsal

Super Seniors (Grade 13)

• Graduation on 5/19 at 10am in the GHS lecture center.

Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors

• Last day of school is 5/24

• Finals week is 5/22 - 5/24. This means partial days for all students.

  • No lunches served during finals. Bringing extra snacks is a good idea.

  • If students have an off period and a ride, they do not have to attend school during that scheduled final time. Students that complete finals early may also choose to "skip" the final. If students ride the bus, we will have spaces for them to study and work on social skills.

  • Monday 5/22 - Students released at 1:10pm

    • 4B, 3B, 2B finals

  • Tuesday 5/23 - Students released at 1:10pm

    • 1B, 4A, 3A finals

  • Wednesday 5/24 - Students released at 11:30am

    • 2A, 1A Finals

    • The ILC will have access to the Grandview pool on Wednesday 5/24. Students in ILC classes 1A and 2A should plan to bring a swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes. Students in general education classes during these periods should talk to their teachers in advance to schedule an early final or to get permission to join us when they finish.
